30 Day Life Improvement Challenge

“What you do today can improve all your tomorrows.” – Ralph Marston

We all have some things that we need to improve on in order to have a more fulfilled life but I find myself never fully achieving those goals.

Procrastination. It is my biggest downfall. I have extremely important exams coming up at the start of March and I need to study but yet my  biggest flaw seems to be stopping me, my lack of concentration. I also want to get a little fitter and healthier. Two major thing that most people find difficult to achieve simultaneously.

So I have decided to make a promise to myself on the internet to study at least 2 chapter and workout for 30mins everyday for the next 30 days. It may seem odd to challenge myself online but I am a very prideful person and I never like breaking a promise to other people or to disappoint (but somehow I’m ok with doing that to myself :/).

In conclusion I herby vow that within the next thirty day, not a day will pass until I have been productive and studied and worked out. If you have any personal goals you would like to accomplish, mention it in the comments below and you can do your own challenge. I’ll be reporting every 10 days if you would like to keep updated.

Here is some motivation to keep us going 🙂

Until Next Time,

  1. I have the same problem with procrastination. I can find many reasons to do something not now but later. After reading your post I feel so motivated and full of energy that I’m gonna do all the task of my to do list right now. 🙂
