Most of us could lose at least 10 pounds or so but it is just soooo hard. Food is a struggle ;(
But it is time to stop procrastinating and start. So here we have a few motivational tips for both you and me!

You can have that one person for accountability who is losing weight with you or who has already lost weight but other than that your allowing people to discourage you with their negative comment like “you’ll gain it all back so there’s no point”, “Why are you eating that? I though you were on a diet?”, ” Guess that didn’t last long”.
Haters shut up!
Don’t let people discourage. Its better to keep it to yourself and let everyone know when they see your amazing body! 😛
4. Create challenges
Sometimes it’s hard to just begin. So challenge yourself to a one week healthy eating challenge or 30 fitness challenge. When you see the results and that you are able to complete it the idea of losing weight doesn’t seem so daunting.
5.Clothing item goals
Have that one thing that you love but can’t fit anymore as your motivation. It’ll be an indicator of your weight loss. You can also buy something really cute in the size you want and don’t leave it the back of your closet and forget about it.
6. Spend your money on other things!
You have an extra 5 euro or whatever and you really want to buy some snacks or ice cream. DON’T! Spend your money on other things like makeup and clothes. Or have something really expensive in mind like and Apple Mac laptop or a phone and save every cent you have towards that goal. By the end of it you’ll have a luxury product you didn’t think you’ll ever get and you’ll have a bangin’ body! It’s a win win!
