So if you’ve been following me for a while, you would know that I have been doing a self-assessment test in order to pin point the flaws and bad habits and hopefully change them so I can change for the better.

There was a lot of assessing but I have found that I need to become more assertive, clearer in my vision, to not allow my doubt or fear of failure to stop from taking advantages of opportunities, to be more consistent in my actions, to keep within deadlines and to be more open, outgoing and personable.
So what now?
Well know I have given myself 120 days to change my bad habits and improve my health and happiness.
120 days is the amount of days needed to change a habit and see the difference.
