Many of you have finals and exams that have become the bane of your existence. You know what you need to do but for some reason your procrastination stops you from achieving your goals.
So I decided to give you a few steps to held ward of your procrastination and help you to study.
1. Wake up early
In my post 5 habits of successful people I advised to wake up early. This allows you time to clear your head and the ability to reduce stress since you still have the whole day ahead of you.
I know its hard, trust me I have spent many hours in bed awake sick to my stomach, afraid to face the world and the mounting workload but a journey of a 1000 miles begins with a single step, and if you don’t take that step today you’ll still have to take it tomorrow. So Start know! You can do it!
2. Take 10 mins to Meditate/Pray/Journal in morning
Did you know that Yoga is part Hindu philosophical traditions? Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. It allows you and opportunity to free your self of your though and focus on calming your spirit. Every religion has its own version of this; whether its the Muslim prayer preformed five times a day or going to church and have a moment of clarity with God through listening to his word and venting your worries.
You don’t need to benefit of this. Meditation and prayer are essentially the same thing, so take out some time in the morning before you start your work to focus on yourself.

3. Exercise Everyday for 30mins
I know what your going to say but trust me, this keeps you more awake to focus on your studies and it boosts endorphins to curb your depression, anxiety and stress.
4. Get cute Stationary!
Am I the only one that loves stationary? There is nothing more satisfying than opening a new notebook and have fresh new colourful pens to play with. 5. Watch Motivational Videos
