Consistency is the necessary baby steps we take to reach our goals. Although life is a journey with a series of unpredictable peaks and troughs, I feel like like each high and low are positive and negative reactions to our consistency.

To consistently work out or eat healthy or work towards a goal does not result is a simple linear outcome of gradual success but rather a series of peak and troughs whose median is a much more higher standard of living.
